Along Country Estate and Abbey Bicycle Route Boxtel and Oirschot
Cycling past the most beautiful natural areas, historic villages, abbeys and chapels.
On this bicycle route you cycle through the beautiful nature of the Kampina, a vast nature reserve with heathlands, forests and fens. Especially in summer the heathland turns purple and you may encounter wild animals such as Scottish Highlanders. Take a break at the Belversven, an idyllic fens in the middle of nature.
You also pass through the village of Oirschot, known for its rich history and Brabant friendliness. Near Boxtel you pass chapels and farms that exude the authentic Brabant atmosphere. Finish the route with a visit to Kasteel Stapelen in Boxtel, a beautiful castle on the outskirts of the village.
