Bike route with beautiful views of the Veluwe Lake.
The starting point of this bicycle route is at the Harderhaven in Zeewolde. Via the knardijk you can enjoy the aqueduct which opened in 2003. This road is one of the busiest provincial roads in the province of Gelderland. Handy for you as a cyclist is the double bike lane! You will pass and cross the Hierdensche Beek, this stream flows from the Udellermeer and Bleeke Meer to the Veluwemeer. Along the Veluwemeer you cycle further to the fortified town of Elburg. With a turn around the Veluwemeer you will cycle back to the starting point in Harderhaven. The wind can be quite noticeable during this bicycle tour!
